Outputs are the arithmetic result of the inputs you supply and the published methodology described on this site. They are a fast sizing check and a way to see the shape of an answer — not a substitute for a full financial model, professional judgement, or advice from a qualified adviser. Real transactions involve constraints this site deliberately does not model, including construction phasing, interest during construction, floating rates and hedging, multiple debt tranches, cash sweeps, reserve mechanics, fees and taxation.
